ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
- The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) at Maharaja Institute of Technology, Mysore, was established in 2022 with an intake of 60 students. Led by Dr. PUSHPA D and experienced academic and industry professional, the department is dedicated to providing high-quality education and fostering research and innovation. Our well-qualified faculty members actively organize conferences, workshops, and seminars to keep students updated with the latest advancements in data science. The department is equipped with state- of-the-art laboratories that support research and hands-on learning, meeting the standards set by AICTE and VTU Belagavi. We also regularly invite experts from academia and industry for guest lectures, ensuring our students receive a comprehensive and industry-relevant education.
