ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

  • To help acquire excellence in communication, the VTU has introduced a course on “Technical English” for the first year students. A large, well furnished, bright and well ventilated Language Laboratory equipped with 60 computers, loaded with syllabus related software and AV materials is  available to the students for both guided and self-learning. The department provides classroom teaching as per the syllabus. This helps in the acquisition of LSRW and GV skills much needed for the corporate culture.
